Happy Birthday to Me!

Yes, yesterday was my birthday!  1964 I was brought into this world.  A big whopping 47 years ago!  gosh that's a long time.  I never feel that old. My daughter informed me that I am not a cougar, I'm a panther...  hmmm when can I be a cheetah??   Soon I will be half a century, then what?  Life begins??  Possibly...  I have Vegas to look forward too.  My daughter has said she will take me to Vegas for my 50th, she will be 21 also, so we can enjoy all the action.  I'm so looking forward to our trip.

So my day was filled with confusion and stress and many nice memories.  Arguing with Abdi, I'm sure he's bipolar.  It was horrible.  I think when we fight it's sad because he knows what he wants to say but he doesn't know how to say it.  It's been two years since we have been seeing each other, but I feel he still doesn't do enough to make his understanding of english better.  He always has high hopes, but the drive to get there is missing.  So the time we spent together yesterday morning was not fun at all.  My girls were sooo mad at him yesterday morning.  They were ready to give them a piece of their mind.  But because it was my day, they didn't want to add more stress to it.  Thank you both, I love you lots.

My best friend left for a months holiday.  :(  What shall I do??  :-(  You will be missed.  Hurry up and get home, but have fun too!!

But

There is good times!

We registered two cars yesterday - both Kim and I had tickets...  Kim asked the registries office if we could get a birthday discount from our tickets.  hahaha very creative Kim!!  :)  the answer was no.  Then we went to my parents house and I got my birthday card and a little gift from them.  It was very nice.  Kim and Santana put up the tree for mom and dad.  Then we went to Southcentre mall.  The one thing I really wanted to do was have Santa pictures with Kim, Santana and me.  So we all had some lunch, then I wanted a cinabon, yummy,  and our next stop was Santa.

The display where Santa was was amazing!  I loved it!  Santa was awesome.  Highly recommend Southcentre Santa!!  He's the real thing!!  We wanted to have a fun shot with Santa and surprisingly enough Santa was willing.  So with Kim and Santana on the arms of the chair, and me on the floor in front of him, pictures were taken.  Kim pulled up Santa's hat, Santana tugged on Santa's beard, I had my finger over my mouth like a shhhh and Santa's mouth was in a shocked position.  ahahah  it was awesome.  I will scan the pic and put it up.  We also did a nice photo with Santa and that too was nice.  A little bit naughty, and a little bit nice.  That's how we roll.

Shopping began for Kim - she needed black dress pants, black shirt and black yoga pants.  Wow, do you think we could find a black button up shirt ??  It was almost impossible.  A day of travelling through the mall, and I am exhausted.  I haven't been feeling well, so they journey was more tiring than should have been, and I still had a soccer game at 8.

Picked Maddie up - she wanted to come to my game.  She bought me popcorn for my birthday, yummy!!  :)  Thank you!!  The entire first half both kids were on their phones.  I made some nice saves, but I don't know if they say any of them.  lol

Soccer game, I just want to sleep.  But I go out and played a great game.  Our team is finally starting to play as a team.  It's great - we won 4-1.   Get home, and I'm tired, go to sleep...  sweet dreams birthday girl.

PS:  Woke up in the morning with my head pounding, my eyes are crossed and sinus is congested!  ARGH!!  The cold has got me!!!!  NOOOOOO
