Turning a new leaf
This past weekend I was severely depressed. So with a good friend and apparently a life coach also, I am turning over a new leaf.
I now have daily goals, weekly goals and a monthly goal. We haven't set up the yearly goal yet... but I think I would like it to be a vacation. What do you think??
My daily goals include now:
- I have to write in my book, only positive things for now, two paragraphs
- I have to read each night someone's biography
- write in my blog about yesterdays events and only yesterdays - and I'm allowed to say how I feel here. which is really good
- find something nice to say about my daughter and my boyfriend, or show my appreciation for them at least one time in a day
